how do i make my flowers last longer?
Change the water every other day for long lasting freshness. Before placing in fresh water, cut the stems at an angle so they can drink water. If you don’t cut them, they won’t be able to drink water.
Pull out sad looking flowers as time passes to prevent contamination.
Don’t let any leaves or petals touch the water. This helps to prevent bacteria growth.
Keep them out of direct sunlight.
how long will my flowers last?
They should last between 3-7 days, depending on specific flowers and how well you’re taking care of them according to the directions above. If there are dried floral products in your arrangement, you can pull them out once the fresh ones die and put them in a vase with no water. Those stems should last forever!
What if i’m not satisfied?
Pepper Rose stands by the quality and freshness of our flowers, and we source the freshest, most seasonal flowers available from our markets & farmers. However, in the unlikely event that you receive your arrangement with flowers that die very quickly, please reach out to us here.

how do I know when my flowers will be delivered?
Pepper Rose will be in touch with you after your place your order to confirm that we received your order, and then again once your flowers are delivered.
